Elizabeth's Brother was the only son of Robin Maxwell and Brian, and the twin brother to her Half-Human/Half-Visitor hybrid sister Elizabeth Maxwell.

Elizabeth's Brother was the Half-Human/Half-Visitor hybrid son of Visitor Brian and Robin Maxwell and the grandchild of Robert and Kathleen Maxwell and the nephew of Katie and Polly. He and his sister were a "product" of one of Diana's experiments into crossbreeding. Unlike Elizabeth, who looked and acted human, her brother was (during his relatively short life) outwardly reptilian in appearance, the only difference being his clearly human looking eyes.
Soon after Elizabeth's brother was born, he died from exposure to an infection (which was later used as a basis for the Red Dust virus, that could kill the Visitors). Elizabeth, however, thrived, and began aging at a rapid rate to the point she was an 8-year-old mere hours after birth.
