Overview[]
V began publication in 1985 and was based on the epic 1983 sci-Fi mini-series, V and its 1984 follow-up sequel, V: The Final Battle. Chronologically, the events from the series take place before the events from the 1985-86 V weekly television series. The comic title spanned only 18 issues and is not considered part of mainstream DC Comics continuity.
