Ghalen is a Visitor computer specialist instructed by Diana to help set up a computer relay for a force field within Science Frontiers. Ghalen set it up, taught Nathan Bates how to get his men through unarmed and intimated Julie, who tried to sneak in. Later, when Julie got in, he caught her at work and imprisoned her.
When Willie busted in, Julie grabbed his Laser Pistol, and shot him dead.
