Project Ares Headquarters
Project Ares is a cabal of high-ranking military and government leaders from around the world who've long suspected that the The Visitors are not "of peace" as they claim to be. The group is aware that the V's have been on Earth a lot longer than anyone has imagined.
Its headquarters is located about a mile beneath Manhattan in a facility built to withstand a nuclear explosion and even the impact from a Visitor Mothership.
At the very end of season two an alarm goes off in the situation room and they realize that the Visitors' Bliss is affecting every human on the Earth's surface.
