Steve Rollor was Nathan Bates' right hand man after the Final Battle. When Ham Tyler went rogue, Nathan put Rollor in charge of security and ordered him to find and eliminate him. Rollor was unsuccessful in getting Ham, and was then put in charge of finding the Starchild. Unfortunately for him, he was unsuccessful at that as well. Nathan didn't take kindly to so much failure, so Rollor was retired by Mr. Chiang.
It is implied that Chiang killed off Roller off-screen, but his true fate is unknown.
